Presbyterian Homes Westminster Terrace has provided resident-centered full-service nursing care on its southeast Louisville campus since 1975. With the staff on campus at Rose Anna Hughes Home, nurses and employees of Westminster Terrace create a community where care and services are tailored to the needs of the individual resident. We consider our work to be a ministry of service to others, which is why so many of our employees have been with us for over 25 years.
On site, our medical director and staff of nurses, therapists, aides, social workers, dieticians, activities director, and on-site chaplain work to create a comprehensive nursing care plan designed to improve the physical, mental, and emotional health of the resident. We feature private and semi-private rooms and have certified Medicare and Medicaid beds. Registered nurses supervise the care under the direction of your attending physician or our medical director and are available 24 hours a day for round-the-clock care. At Westminster Terrace, our therapy and rehabilitation services are offered to both non-residents and residents. Our dedicated therapy team develops customized physical, occupational, or speech therapy programs to help each patient reach his or her goals.
No matter what your nursing or rehabilitative needs may be, you can be sure that our staff at Westminster Terrace will take care of you with superior service, a compassionate heart, and personal attention.
